Since the inauguration of the UAAP in 1938, the UP Baseball Varsity Team has garnered a total of eleven championship titles, several Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards and individual awards like the Best Pitcher, Best Hitter, Most Stolen Bases, Best Slugger, and Rookie of the Year. The UP Baseball varsity program has also produced many highly skilled players of the Philippine National Team of Baseball.
